Field Investigation and Research on Memorial Garden

Today marked my initial field research for the "Memorial Garden" project. Armed with rulers and keen observation, we meticulously measured the site, documenting the dimensions that would later serve as the foundation for our 3D modeling. We translated the tranquility and solemnity of the space into a virtual model, a digital mirror reflecting the real world's contours and spirit.

Afterward, our exploration took us to Stark Memorial, where we engaged with the space's narrative, allowing it to inform our design decisions. The juxtaposition of tangible history against the ethereal memories hanging in the air provided a profound sense of purpose to our work.

Reflecting on the day's endeavors, it's clear that every measurement, every digital line drawn, carries more than just the weight of its dimensions—it carries the stories and the silent whispers of the past. As we progress, it becomes increasingly crucial to approach this project with a blend of respect, sensitivity, and innovation, ensuring that the final design not only memorializes but also resonates with those who seek solace in the garden's embrace.
