Recently, the results of the German Red Dot Design Award were announced: the Y2 Integrated Cooker, which I designed with my partners, won the "2024 Red Dot Product Design Award." (It can be found on the Red Dot official website in June, and the certificate will be received at the end of June.)
Inspired by Minimalist Design
The design philosophy of the Y2 Integrated Cooker is rooted inmodern minimalism, combining matte black metal with texturedwalnut wood to create a sleek, elegant, and high-quality integratedkitchen appliance. While pursuing a pleasing appearance, thedesigners have also focused on practicality and functionalitymaking cooking simpler and more convenient.

Furthermore,the incorporation of natural walnut woodelements adds to the kitchen's ambiance, and the useof inteqrated metal instead of qlass reduces issuesrelated to hidden dirt and arime due to process seams.

Safety features include gas supplycutoff when flames enter the machine,flameoutprotection with thermocouples to prevent qas leaksand motor overheating protection to extend theproduct's lifespan. The leakage protection functionfurther enhances users' electrical safety.
